Lead with greater clarity, agility, and impact.

Rising to meet the changing landscape of work.

In fast-moving environments, the skills that helped you succeed yesterday may not be the ones that carry you forward. I help leaders and teams step back from the urgency, see themselves and their systems more clearly, and make deliberate changes in how they communicate, decide, influence, and lead.

Build the confidence, discernment, and interpersonal effectiveness to lead well when you are taking on a management or executive role for the first time, or the scope of your role has changed quickly.

Stepping into leadership

Strengthen executive presence, communication, strategic thinking, and your ability to move important work forward across complex systems.

Increasing your impact

Adapt your approach as teams scale, priorities shift, and you need to hone strategic problem solving skills to balance speed with clarity of vision.

Leading through growth

Playing well with others

Recognize interpersonal patterns, navigate conflict, give useful feedback, and build relationships that can withstand pressure.

Developing a coaching plan that works for you.

The focus of coaching is tailored to you, your role, and the environment you are operating within. Common areas of work include…

A home workspace with a black desk, a brown swivel chair, a dried flower arrangement, and a framed black and white artwork on a white wall. Also features a copper desk lamp, a container with pens, and books titled 'My Favourite Recipe Clippings', 'Lewis Carroll Alice in Wonderland', and '1865'.

Who I work with

My coaching approach is especially well suited to people operating where ambition, innovation, complexity, and human behavior meet.

Ways to work together

1:1 Coaching

A focused partnership for leaders and professionals who want to grow their impact, navigate a meaningful transition, or change patterns that are limiting their effectiveness. Coaching is grounded in your real work and designed to produce changes you can use immediately.

Team Coaching

Coaching for intact leadership or functional teams that want to strengthen trust, communication, alignment, and their ability to work through complexity together. The work can address both how the team operates and the leadership behaviors shaping its culture.

Group Coaching

Cohort-based coaching for people who share a developmental context—such as new managers within the same organization. Participants learn from structured reflection, practical application, and the perspective of peers facing similar challenges.
